Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Runvid (the "Service"), operated by Runvid ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Runvid. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Runvid is offered on a paid subscription basis. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of credits used to generate AI media (images, video, scripts, and voiceovers). Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and annual plans may be prorated.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by subscribing you also agree to their terms.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.

4. Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload and, subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the media you generate with Runvid. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

5. Third-Party AI Models

Runvid routes generations through third-party AI providers. Your use of those outputs may also be subject to the providers' terms, and we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality, or fitness of any generated output.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runvid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
